MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and is an international organization that exists to encourage, equip, and help women become the best moms that they can be! Women who are pregnant or have young children (newborn through Kindergarten) are all invited to join MOPS!
What do we do at MOPS meetings?
At our MOPS group, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a warm meal and socialize with other moms, hear from great speakers, discuss important topics in mothering, and participate in creative activities.
When and where does MOPS meet?
MOPS meets twice a month on Thursdays evenings from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. Our Fall Session runs from September until December, and our Spring Session runs from January until May. We meet at Santa Ynez Valley Presbyterian Church, which is located at 1825 Alamo Pintado in Solvang. The church phone number is (805) 688-6323.
Is childcare provided at MOPS?
At this time, we have limited resources to support with childcare during our meetings. However, we do not want to turn away any mother who wants to attend a meeting. For more information about our childcare options, please email us at info.syvmops@gmail.com.
